Hallo Freunde, für meinen künftigen HD-VDR (siehe Signatur) habe ich mir eine gebrauchte SkyStar HD (nicht HD2) besorgt, die ich aber nicht zum Laufen bekomme. easyVDR 0.8.0 erkennt sie als TT-Budget S2-3200 PCI (siehe Logdatei), es erscheint aber "No Signal", sowohl bei HD- als auch bei SD-Sendern. Gibt es bekannte Probleme mit der Karte und wie sind sie lösbar? Allerdings habe ich sie auch unter Windows weder mit der Technisat-Software, noch mit dem aktuellen DVB-Viewer (bin registriert) zum Laufen bekommen. Auch mit dem testweise installierten yaVDR läuft die Karte nicht. Die zweite Satkarte SkyStar 2 geht anstandslos out-of-the-box, zeigt aber außer Einsfestival HD natürlich keine HD-Sender an. Habe auch zwei getrennte Satleitungen am Twin-LNB. Könnte die Karte defekt sein, obwohl sie erkannt wird? Laut deinem log hast du eine 'Sky2PC/SkyStar 2 DVB-S rev 2.6' sowie zusätzlich eine 'TT-Budget S2-3200 PCI'. Beide Karten werden von VDR als solche erkannt: vdr: device 1 provides DVB-S ("ST STV0299 DVB-S") vdr: device 2 provides DVB-S2 ("STB0899 Multistandard") Treiberseitig ist also alles ok. Aber *beide* Karten haben schlechten oder keinen Empfang, auch die skystar 2.6 dvb-s hat Probleme. Hi janosch, also die Skystar HD läuft problemlos ootb. Aber ich hatte auch schon des öfteren mit meiner Empfangsprobleme. Kontrollire mal die Kabelverbindungen. Bitkit Asus M3N78 Pro - AMD Athlon 4850e - Zotac Nvidia GT630 - DD Cine S2 5.5 plus Duoflex S2 (4 Tuner via Unicable SCR) -  Raspberry PI und Vomp for Windows als Client easyVDR 2.5

Danke für die Antworten! Die Kabel zu meiner 80er Ovalschüssel sind rund 30 Meter lang, und bei starkem Regen hat auch meine HD-Settopbox manchmal Aussetzer (mit sonst allerdings recht guten Empfangswerten). Jetzt bei trockenem Wetter zeigt die SkyStar 2 die SD-Sender und Einsfestival HD ohne Aussetzer oder Ruckler an. Nur die HD-Karte sagt eben keinen Mucks. Hat die SkyStar HD generell einen empfangsschwachen Tuner? Dann muss ich sie wohl ersetzen. Gutes habe ich hier im Forum über die TeVii S464 gelesen. Könnt ihr die empfehlen? Es ist kein Fehler von der Treiberseite zu finden, aber vielleicht solltest du erstmal einen scan außerhalb VDR machen, um zu sehen was die Karte da tut. Einfach mal (dvb)scan oder w_scan mit dieser Karte anwerfen und das log posten.

Hallo Wirbel, der Aufruf von scan -a 1 -i 2 -n -o vdr /etc/vdr/channels/0_Jans_Astraliste.conf bringt: "Fatal: failed to open '/dev/dvb/frontend1/adapter0': 2 No such file or directory" VDR ist gestoppt. Was mache ich falsch? Das Runvdr script entlädt wahrscheinlich auch den Treiber. Versuch mal.. stopvdr && /etc/init.d/Runvdr loaddvbdriver

Hi, Signalinfos gibts bei der 3200 nicht! Das geht erst mit sehr neuem Treiber und auch nich brauchbar (bzw. vergleichbar mit FF-Werten). Gibt seit sehr kurzem n verbesserten Treiber dafür aber der is noch nich drin... Im scz-Kernel is aber n sehr viel neuerer Treiber dafür drin, den sollteste mal testen. So, jetzt nach der Arbeit konnte ich das nochmal probieren. Leider mit dem unerfreulichen Ergebnis, dass auf keinen einzigen Kanal geschaltet werden konnte. Die Fehlermeldungen folgen dem Muster: ERROR: cannot parse'Einsfestival;...' ERROR: initial tuning failed dumping lists (0 services) Done. Bin nun ratlos. Ist die Karte kaputt? Viele Grüße Jan P.S.: Der init.d-Schreibfehler muss mir gleich zwei Mal passiert sein. Diesen Text schreibe ich nämlich auf einer anderen Tastatur, und zwar auf der am Desktop-PC. Mit diesem teilt sich der VDR-PC einen Bildschirm und ich muss bei den Tests immer zwischen DVI- und VGA-Anschluss umschalten. Das würde erklären, warum sie auch unter Windows nicht lief. Nunja, da habe ich wohl daneben gegriffen. Ich überlege, zwei TeVii 464 für den Twin-Betrieb zu kaufen, diesmal neue. Sind die gut? – Eine Dualkarte kostet ein Drittel mehr als zwei einzelne und mein Board hat genügend PCI-Steckplätze. Der einzige Grund für mich, eine Dualkarte zu kaufen, wäre eine (vorhandene?) Energieersparnis, oder haben diese Karten noch andere Vorteile? Hi, ich denke mal da PCIe eine evtl. Zukunftssicherheit da PCI seltener wird laaaaaangsam. Aber das ist den Preis nicht wert, find ich.
